Joey was great to work with. Funny guy, very honest about what's realistic for less than perfect credit circumstances, from approval odds to documentation to how the loan actually plays out. The sales team here aren't pressuring people to buy cars, genuinely a customer driven experience. Would highly consider Joey and Spitzer for my next vehicle down the road!

She referred me to Alice in Sales when we decided to trade our 2018 Equinox to a new 2026 Equinox. Alice went above and beyond explaining all the new technology. So very thankful for all her help. Alice Dennis is the perfect salesperson. She's chatty but knows when to step away and give you breathing room. She cares about why you're there and what you're looking for. They gave me a great value for my trade in, although I was disappointed that they wouldn't wiggle more on their purchase price. Don't expect much movement there! Overall, a good buying experience and I'm very excited about my new ride.
Great customer service here at Spitzer! They devote their full attention to you once you walk in the door. Alice made sure all my needs were met, and really listened to me when I told her my priorities for my vehicle. And she was so patient with my discovery process! But don't expect any wiggle in that list price! They price their cars to move.

I really like the video showing what was going wrong with the car on the oil plug and telling me about the tires this was a great idea because my husband was on the road driving truck and I sent him the video so he could see it and know that we needed new tires and had to order them.

I have to say mark was so great in helping get a 2023 Silverado 2500. I sent a request to dealer for the truck and mark gave me a call within 30 minutes of my request. Mark turner was able to help me get approved with little money down and had me in and out of the dealership with 45 minutes. They promised paperwork from the previous owner would be sent to me along with the title for the 1965 Chevy truck that I purchased, but after NUMEROUS attempts to make this happen, I have received nothing. This is a classic truck, with a lot of modifications, and it would be very helpful to have any info available, but even when I was told it would be taken care of, I have received nothing. I don’t like being lied to.

5 When I viewed the tech video and he found nothing wrong, except for new wiper blades , I assumed the service , counter people would come and suggest that I need wipers blades. I would have gotten them if that had came and asked. Since they didn't I'll go buy my own
